I've been seeing a number of alerts where I'll get an alert email, but the alert doesn't show up in any lists of alerts.
When I look at the details of the actual alert, I see
"Alert Date: 10/07/2010 06:40 PM"
and
"Escalation Action Logs:
10/07/2010 06:25 PM - Notified: ryan@example.com"
where the alert date is 15 minutes later than the date of the first escalation.
Once the time in the "Alert Date" arrives, the alert shows up in the list.
I am using HQ Version 4.4.0 (build #1509 - Jul 28, 2010 - Release Build).
