I have created an snmp xml plug-in for an F5 bigip. I copied this from http://communities.vmware.com/message/1910833#1910833. I have loaded the plugin to the hq-plugins directory. However I cannot work out how to use this now that it has been created. I expected it to appear as a platform or server option in the UI to allow me to create an instance of it. However I cannot find it anywhere. Can someone please tell me how I shoudl expect it to work as the doco does not seem to cover this part of the process.
Also I can't see any messages in the server or agent logs telling me that the plug-in has been picked up. How do I know that it has loaded properly?
