The Hyperic website support page (http://www.hyperic.com/support/home) lists JIRA for Trouble Ticket Management.
The JIRA site says "Not a member? Contact an Administrator to request an account." Clicking that gives an empty list, with no apparent other way to sign up to file a bug.
This is confusing. I'm assuming this forum is the right place to file bugs, but I don't see it mentioned outside of the forum site or Hyperic blog.
