Please, advise the server configuration for 500 platforms

Hello all!

I planning to test Hyperic 4.3 (or 4.5) and faced with performance issue reach 175 platforms.

So, I have plan to upgrade Java 64bit and have a questions. I had know that need twice memory more for same performance on Java 64 bit rather Java 32 bit.

=> How much memory need in order to manage 500 platforms?

Now server have performance issue reach following value on java 32bit and crash with error OutOfMemory:

# Platforms: 177
# CPUs: 1164

# Agents: 184
# Active Agents: 176
# Servers: 504
# Services: 2596
# Active Alert Defs: 1530
# Resources: 5259
