As far as I know, there is a way to view the tc Server log via Hyperic. The method can be referred to this URL:
Based on this method, user can see tcServer logs on the bottom of the charts in the events/log tracking section of Hyperic.
My question is that if user is not interested to move the mouse over the chart in order to see the logs, does HQ provide the feature to “download” or “save as” the logs into a file, or can specify a date/time range to display the logs on the screen?
If HQ does not provide the feature to display properly log information on screen or save the log file, user may be forced to move the mouse over the charts. As the displayed space is limited, the log information displayed on the bottom of the chart might be difficult to read.
