we are using Hyperics HQ 4.5, Production environment. We have configured FileServer File server for a respective file in which it monitors the file, and we have configured the alert in such a way that it tracks a particular String. Alerts are raising successfully but the problem we have is alerts which are raised are not consistent and time specific,i.e, sometimes alerts are raised for 2 minutes sometimes it takes 10 minutes. or sometimes it takes 10 seconds,we couldn't able to predict the actual time. Is there any way to do some hacks for the agent or alerts to make it time specific. Your suggestions will appreciated.
