I am having some problems with my Hyperic HQ 4.0.2 server starting up. I took the server offline and then ran a vacuum analyze with verbose messages against the HQDB database (Postgres 8.1.2). The last two messages in the verbose messages log are:
ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "pg_statistic_relid_att_index"
ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "pg_statistic_relid_att_index"
Is this potentially causing any problems or can it be safely ignored?
