Hello, I'm evaluating Hyperic HQ, and I'm trying to monitor a JBoss 4.0.4 Application Server on top of a Windows 2k3 server. I'm already collecting metrics.
However to collect metrics from Tomcat 5.5 servlet container I need to activate the JMX Filter. I have activated JMX Filter and everything related with metric collecting is working fine. However when navigating in my Tomcat deployed applications (from one servlet to another servlet) my browser screen becomes full of random chars, and a null pointer exception is looged at the tomcat log files. The exception doesn't make any reference to Hyperic HQ. The random chars at my browser screen and the exception only shows up when using the JMX Filter.
Any tips about this problem?
