Hi
Having a bit of a nightmare with the agent on a xp pro machine.
Have already installed the server and have the agent installed on 2 other xp pro machine and everything is work perfectly.
However on a new third machine the agent service fails after a couple of seconds with an unexpected java error =1 in the apps logs
I have reinstalled many times with no joy - reinstalled java etc..
I have now installed the latest version of java 1.6.7 and the no jre agent but i am now unable to specify the java_home variable. Whatever path i give after the -j switch it always comes back saying it can't find the jvm.dll yet i can see it in the folder.
could someone give me the exact command to type to set the java_home variable for the agent. my java is installed in the default program files\java folder
many thanks for your time
