I have setup agent to monitor db2 9.7 on windows. It works fine, but after i shutdown db2 via db2stop force command, agent do not report DB2 as not available.
It reports availability 100% and just collected metrics like Connections Waiting for the Client, Connections Waiting for the Host to Reply have no data for this time range (because database is down).
